A) Chrono trigger is IMO one of the best games ive ever played.

c) Is a Theif/Ranger a good combination? I dont have the game yet but I know about it, so I want to be ready when I get it.

Thf/Nin seems like the best...funnest and coolest.

If I were to go Thf, that is what I would do.

Thf/Ranger dont really do anything special. Thats a combination used for camping NM's , Theres not really much use for a rng sub other than that. Thf/Nin is what i use.

Like Arx said, Ranger doesn't offer much as a sub job. RNG/THF is a very viable combo. That is one of my "secondary" combos that I would like to do, but probably will never get around to.

I think THF is definately the best (most fun and all that jazz) basic job. I love it. I'm taking it as high as I can, along with DRK. I sub THF for DRK at 30, cuz then I get Sneak Attack and such. NIN is another "secondary" combo I'd like to do, but I feel it's harder to get PTs as them, cuz a NIN doesn't have a special role in battle. Basically they only appeal to me cuz of the "coolness factor".
