The Weskit!
Not my Weskit thought... A friend of mine on the server let me try it on because I wanted to know what it looked like on an Elvaan. Its very... ugly... when combined with nasty green mittens and shoes. Not to mention with my M.C. Hammer pants (the Slops) and Shaded Specs, I look like a true hardcore trance DJ at a nightclub! J/K Mad props to Prev for letting me try it on. I would buy this fine piece of ugly Black Mage armor but apparently some retard on our server decided to buy the price of Dragon Talons at an insanely high price (formerly 50K now 500K). So... the cost to make the Weskit rose from 250K for all ingredients to 600K. Not only am I pissed off because I could've gotten this grand armor at the price of cost (I know a high level bonecrafter)but many other people are pissed as well. It has a hefty tag of 1 million to 1.2 million on our server right now. No big deal though, it's not like I *need* to have it.

Ha i think it looks badass. Very tribal im kinda seeing how its for BLMs now its got that sort of "ancient primal magic" vibe to it. If you have ever seen Fullmetal Alchemist (Also made by S-E coincidentally) there were ancient Alchemy users that would tatoo alchemical transmutation circles onto their bodies, this looks very similar.

Id say try and get it Fal, you could make Kirin dance till' he dropped from your hardcore ravin'!

Magic attack bonus is pretty much the best stat you can get on a blm's gear, since the damage increased is +x%, instead of just +x damage (which is what INT does). In the case of the weskit, it increases all spells 6%.

btw Fal, don't feel too bad. >.< My server prices for the talon shot up through the roof as well. They were selling at 600k (the body, I dunno what the talon was at), but now they are going for 1.25m+. -.-; The sad thing is the body only sells about one per day and there is always a few on stock. Supply and demand my butt.

There's 7 on stock when I checked last night. Thanks to another high level bonecrafter, they are now competing for pricing. Looking at the dragon talon list, they try to buy as many as they can. Talon is now at 800K. The Weskit (because they made too many and competitive pricing) now falls to 790K. I refuse to buy one until they drop to 600K. So either they go to that price or I'm getting my own Dragon Talon.

As for what I wrote to you in the other thread (and to you readers), I plan on continuing with CoP what I did with Zilart because I'm running out of content to post here. My screenshots will follow pretty much the same format as the Zilart ones. This includes HNMs and Missions as well as general scenery. As I told Nodoka, I stopped at at Chapter 1-3 (Promyvion) because my LS (who are all already at Chapter 3-5 or higher) is planning on taking me as far as I can am able to play this weekend. I've captured all the dialogue thus far leading up to Promyvion.

So just heads up to you readers so you know what to look forward to.

Update for my Readers: Over the weekend I was somewhat busy for this forum. Be prepared to see a big update. I have over 400 pictures that need to be prepped and uploaded for this forum. The screenshots that involve Promathia Missions, I'll be sure to put a spoiler warning in there, so don't worry!

To Golgan: In the latest patch, they added the ability for Black Mages to use the scythe. I'm sure this made a lot of black mages happy (especially for soloing/farming purposes). After all Arkangel TT uses one, why can't we? Anyway, the Scythe is the only Black Mage useable scythe in the game (so far). Here are the stats:

Mandibular Sickle
Level 46, Damage 67, Delay 501
WAR/BLM/DRK/BST

Antlion Sickle (HQ of Mandibular Sickle)
Level 46, Damage 68, Delay 490
WAR/BLM/DRK/BST

Crafted via Bonecrafted with some Woodworking and Smithing skill required:

To SlizenDize: Well I do plan on getting that armor because it is very nice. However, the cost is still higher than I'm willing to pay. It ranges from 790K to 1 million on my server everyday. The claw is still floating at 800K. I refuse to buy it until it hits 600K-700K.

I don't play BLM much except when I'm doing Missions, BCNMs, HNMs with my LS. I look at it this way: I've been perfectly fine with my current BLM equipment, it is not like I need this armor. I do plan on getting it, but since it is entirely craftable and not some Rare/EX drop like the Zilart armors, I'll find some mob that drops the talon for me.


To llkoole7: Be prepared to be amazed once more. I have over 400 pictures I took over the weekend of my new adventures. I'll post them when I get a chance but just to give you a sneak peak, these shots involve tons of scenery shots, some character shots, as well as Promathia mission shots.

As for a Mithran Paladin? Hmm. They are decent Paladins. The problem with Mithran Paladins is the same stat problem you have with Tarutaru Paladins, they have the lowest VIT of all the races (they take more damage). However, Tarutaru Paladins can hold hate a little bit better because of their higher CHR stat (but they have extremely low health). Galkas have trouble holding hate as their CHR stat is the same as Mithras, however Galkas have mega-VIT and enormous HP. Hitting them is like hitting a wall of steel. However, don't be discouraged from being a Mithra Paladin. There's no such thing as a "bad" race for a job. If you have the right equipment and you perform your job well, then you will surely be a great Paladin (as well as cute because you're a Mithra :spin: ). Look at me, an Elvaan Blackmage? If you told that to anyone, they'd laugh in your face. Obviously my equipment has helped me be on par with any other race (we fought an HNM this weekend and again, I was dishing out more damage than 50% of our Black Mage roster). But again, it shows you that with proper equipment and knowledge of the job, you can go a long way. Since you requested a Mithra Paladin screenshot, I was going to show you a picture of one in my LS but then I stumbled across this one. How about a Mithra Paladin with the best body armor in the game?

Quick Update: The screenshots have been about 80% finished. Working with 400+ of them is tedious work. I'll start posting the series tomorrow. I'll divide them up into categories.
