Yes it does. Hmmm.. I'm sure it does. There is a set that only thf's and rng's can wear. The war set.

For THF or RNG level 70+. I'm certain that you can synthesize these with a high enough level skill. You can probably buy in the Auction House if someone put it up for sell. Quest??? Not sure.
