  • A little Taru in my hand.

Just a little something I am working on~

Start with simple tools and Sculpey III clay.

Still a work in progress. After I cast this piece, I will work on the hair piece. It's not great but it's sure was fun to work on.

Wow. I'm impressed. Makes me want to run out, buy the stuff, and try my hand at this stuff.

that looks really nice. Very good resemblance to Tarus, you got their features down perfectly. And after years of sculpting my kneaded eraser out of boredom, I know how hard this kind of stuff is

Well, the idea is to make a cast of the head piece, then I will able to do different tarus with different hairstyles including the more common head dress like the blm and whm AF.

A slight delay now due to work commitments, and my supplier's lack of stock for the ressin that I need to do casting.

For the body, first up will be the basic Taru RSE costume that you start the game off with.

If all goes well, I will be able to get a family of tarus on my desk in the next month or so.

So it will be a while before I put any updates here, but I will definitely do so when I can.

When everything is modeled then casted.. would you do Taru requests? i'm sure between $30 and $100 would be reasonable unless the cost is higher for you.

btw, speaking of resins, my friend had trouble getting some too for the costume she's making. went to two different michael's in two different states, both were sold out O_o;;; (taht was a month ago btw)

Heh heh, start a business making palm-sized tarus.

You'd make a killing if you could keep up with the demand.
