How to get to Whitegate?

So I'm returning soon and I need to head over to Whitegate so I can get my BLU quest I was just wondering how to get there. Do I need to do a series of quests before I get there? If so, where does it start?

I have all the expansions, if that helps.

So after I get the Boarding Permit I can head over there? There quests seems very easy. Getting those beginner items shouldn't take very long.

It's rough when you're at lower levels (though still soloable on some jobs), but if you could even think about doing the single-key ones, the 6-item way is just a bit tedious.

Remember that you'll need to farm some fame in Jeuno to get the quest unlocked first. That was my biggest hurdle when trying to get there.

I just bought some stacks of moss off the AH and repeated this quest until the third option in Neptune's Spire became available. You get back a good chunk of the gil you invest, so if you have the money just buy a bunch of stacks up front so you don't have to keep trekking back and forth to Jeuno.

I want to say it's rep 3 but it might be 2. I don't remember anymore. I probably went through 6 to 8 stacks in total before the quest opened up for me. Then again I had done a few quests in Bastok beforehand and I didn't really run back to Jeuno to check after every stack since getting fame up was going to be useful for other things later on (like Gobbie Bags).
