yeah used to play this game years back, was very excited to get back into it, but no luck at the moment.


assuming its just a server issue, after 6 cards from 3 different banks

Yup, I am getting the same error today, probably just a problem with a server.

I remember playing this game a few years ago and had the same problems registering. It surprises me I come back to play 2-3 years later and they still don't have a reliable server lol.

so im having the same problem as the other folks in this thread, ive tried all 3 of my cards, and it always says the same thing, cant even contact there support since its the weekend, ive contacted my bank already and there is no block for play online.

I don't need my POL stuff, right? Cause that's what I'm trying to get. I'm still registering. I just got the game...

EDIT: I have discovered and solved the issue! I entered both my zip and extension number, when it only needed my zip! I'm so angry! XD

Well it accepted my card to pay my "delinquent" fees today. =|

But it wouldn't accept it when I went to update my payment information. Which is the same card to begin with...

Oh well, at least I can play. I'll try to update it later.

EDIT: It's a debt, Commerce Bank card.....

Does this card have a Visa or Mastercard logo? If not, then it will not be accepted.

If you try with the same card and it doesn't work 3 times, you will get that second error. I had to wait about 24 hours before trying again, and the same card worked next time.

Exactly, thus why it's curious and I am inclined to believe the issue isn't on our side. =p


I have contacted my bank about this and they show that my card is being rejected because of an invalid address even though I am giving them the correct one. I verified this.

Both of us getting the same issue is quite curious, though.

No it's not. Like the others demonstrated, there was server maintenance disallowing you from registering. However, it's should be over now.

Do they only accept Visa/Mastercard?
