Pay for a month I didn't play?

I started playing FFXI in April using a $25 gift credit card. I could only pay for one month, but I didn't cancel on time because I went out of town. I tried asking a playonline representative, but they didn't help me out. Do I have to pay for the month of May that didn't get paid? Which deactivated the account. Or do I pay for May and it goes to this month?

If you activated your account anytime during April, you will be paying for the full month of April. If you did not deactivate your account before the 1st of May, you will be charged for the full month of May. If you activated the account on, lets say, April 26th. And you dont deactivate the account before the 1st of May... Your bill come back for April and for May... Together. So you will owe $26.

When you cancel a content I.D., it actually get canceled at the end of the month. So if you cancel on the 2nd of March, your account will actually be canceled on the 31st of March. And you will get billed for the entire month of March.

I'm sorry that didn't help. Right now I am getting a "Your account has been closed due to unpaid fees resulting from declined authorization on your credit card. You can reactivate your account by paying these fees with a valid card." message. Do I have to pay these fees and this month? or do I just pay the fees and I am able to play for this month?

You will pay the past due fees, and chances are you will get "double billed" next month for this month and October. At least that is how I think it has always worked for me when I've gotten denied.
