Acess to Palborugh from Zeruhn mines?

I finally figured out that you can take the boat from Palborough back to Zeruhn mines, and get to Bastok very eaisly, BUT, Im not allowed to take the boat back to Palborough. I can post a screen shot of what the guard at the gate to the boat says, but I believe it might be mission based. And I've also seen people go in through that gate, but im not able to. Does anyone know how to enable yourself to take that boat from Zeruhn Mines to Palborough? It'd make it alot eaiser, and alot less running - .-

Not possible.

However, the run can be a lot shorter if you go across the mountain in North Gust. A lot of people don't know you can climb the mountain.

Dang, i coulda swore i saw some people goin through there, it;s not so bad, ill try that mountain shortcut asap, thanks alot~
