POL Viewer e-mail issues ~

Hi! So there's been something minor that's been annoying me since the day I started playing, but it wasn't anything (and still isn't) anything major so I've ignored thus far. I'm bored right now so I figured why not give it a go and get it fixed? ~

Anyways, I need to know how to reset my POL Viewer e-mail password. I'll apologize ahead of time if the solution has already been posted in a previous thread, but I searched around for about 10 minutes and found nothing on it. Do I need to call SE's customer service department, or is there an obscure option that I'm just completely missing because I'm blind?

Yes unfortunately you'll have to call Square-Enix about this. Keep PlayOnline Login details, POL registration code(if you have it) and Account Holder info at hand.
