Ok, I just bought the collector edition for 2007 and im using the PlayOnline code that comes with it that give's me free 30 days, but after i put my credit card info in and hit submit and then it brings me to the screen showing if my information is correct i hit submit again and i get an error saying Server is Busy the error code is UCS-5004

if you did this sometime over the weekend, their servers were probably down for scheduled maintenance. try it again now.

Nope I waited till it said serevr maintance was over, but i'm using the free 30 day thing i'm wondering though my brothers account doesn't have money in it untill he gets paid and i used debit card (direct withdraw) so is it possible that i get it because he has no money in his account?Comment

yes, it's possible.
what happens, i believe, is that they place a "reserve" charge on the account to make sure there is money. if your account has 0, this will fail and (probably) cause the error you are seeing.
