Could someone give me a brief explanation on how it works? More specifically, what I'll need to do to make sure other people know I'm looking for an EXP group in Valkurm for example.

You could try this...

Let's say you're level 13...

/sea all 12-14

You might want to try a range very close to your level. You can do 13-15, or 11-13 if you wan tto go lower. No more than 3 levels because the gap will be too big.

Or you can also go into your party menu and click that button, I forget what it says... "Find Member" I think. It'll show all members seeking in the region you're currently in.

Also you can specify if you're looking for people who are seeking a party. Say you are level 13 still and want to see how many people are seeking in the ranges of 12-14.

/sea all 12-14 inv

The "inv" is just a parameter that tells the system to search only people seeking. "All" tells the system to search the entire world (server), and, obviously, "12-14" tells the system to search only for people in the level range of 12-14.
