Screenshots problem...=(

hi^^ i'm a quite new player of Final Fantasy XI and i found out how to make screenshots but i have got a problem... yesterday i made a screenshots but it hasn't been saved so i tried other times but nothing..so i tried to find the screenshots folder... i didn't dinf it! pelase help me! i can't see and make screenshots sob thanks^^ i hope to receive a fast answer^^
