Gil Making

I've just came back to FFXI after more than a year and have forgot alot. I'm a lv 28 WAR/MNK at the moment and am really in need of gil, but i really don't know what to do. I have started doing the Kazham> Jeuno airship repeatable quest and it gets me 3k an hour but is there anything better to do? This does get really boring. People have told me just to farm my butt of anything but i really don't know what or where. Some help please?

Crawlers near Windurst are probably the only mobs you can farm right now.

I added another link at the bottom for another post for you.

If your in Windy then the silkthreads are your best bet. If your in Bastok Id'ld suggest hunting Beehive chip from the giant bees or Maneating hornets. Sandoria buy a stack of Dark Crystals, Distiled water from the tavern NPC and Windurst tea leaves from AH (Food, Ingredients) then hunt Sheepskins from Giant Sheep outside Sandy. Use the crystal in your inventory and add dist water, tea leaves, and sheepskin for sheepleather.
