Friend List question

OK, I used the search function on here to see if I could find a answer to my question and problem.. but no luck. So I gotta ask.

How do you take people off your Friend List without removing them all? There's some friends on the game I don't talk to anymore or have moved on/quit and even some pending friend list that I want removed, as they never accepted or declined. So if anyone can help, please do. I feel like a noob asking this after being on the game for a year...

You can edit your friend list via the POL viewer. You can't remove them in game. Took me a while to realize that.

You've got to do it through POL, before you log into the game. Just go to your friends list in POL, click on each person, and delete. I don't know if there's a way to do more than one at once.

I know the way to do it through POL, however it only has the option to remove ALL, not just certain people.

I just removed people from my friends list last week, one at a time. I clicked on the little friends list icon in the upper right of the POL screen (out of the tiny icon bar thing). Then clicked on each individual person and selected Delete. It's possible it was a right-click to get the menu. I'm not sure. But it's definitely possible to delete one at a time.
