    I don't know what an rbc client card is, but if it doesn't have a Visa or MasterCard logo on it, then no. If it does have a Visa or MasterCard logo on it, with a 16-digit Visa or MasterCard number, then yes.

      Credit card only outside of Japan.

      You can use an online credit card service such as epassporte, but that requires going through another company.

      RBC client card = Royal Bank of Canada debit card, iirc

        Does it have a Visa logo on it and can you make other payments online with it? If yes, then you should. If it doesn't have the Visa logo on it then no you can't.

        Client cards (debit cards) with the Visa logo on them will only be available from American branches if you have an account in one of the RBC/Centura banks in the States, if you have a RBC account in a Canadian branch then you get the latter and can not make online purchases with them.
