Yes, they do, but don't do it in public. I personally go to the ocean once a year, and summon up Leviathan. I know, I know, you're thinking "that's cool" but he needs to eat, and every time you summon him, bleh so much mess, and food costs. I personally use Fire IV to cook toast when I'm in a hurry and don't have time to do it the conventional way.

The answer is, no. They aren't in place yet. Soon hopefully. /em casts the spell "Summon Ping."
