Refresh stacking...

Just a quick question. I know that the /smn refresh effect stacks with the spell refresh, but do those both stack with the refresh effect of a Vermillion Cloak as well?

Yes, it does.

I _think_ that the refresh from an item/armor and the refresh from a job (SMN) always stack. I'm not sure what happens if you have 2 or more items with refresh on though. :/
