Question on the "Borghertz" Hand AF Quests

Allright here it goes....long story. On my WAR I had accepted and obtained the "Old Gauntlets" and now am supposed to fight Dark Spark blah blah. So i goto accept the same quest on SAM...Guslam says "I cant do anything with these gloves" or something to that extent.

SO whats wrong? Is it because i have WAR Hands AF quest accepted already that i cannot accept? On SAM i have the SAM AF2 accepted. Its not finished but it is accepted. So is the problem that i need to finish WAR AF Gloves? Or do i need to finish the SAM AF2? Im confused =\ I hope i dont have to finish the WAR ; ; no gear or money to kill DS on with it =\

You can't accept AF quests for another class until you finish your WAR AF quest. Sorry. ;_; I think you can do all the fighting as SAM as long as you are WAR for non-battle portions.

You are confused.

You need to go to Tenshodo headquarters, and speak to the mithra there. Pay her 1000 gil, and she will tell you the location of the old tool box (ok, so maybe it's not the old tool box, but I can't remember the name :p). Then head to Port Jeuno, by the AH near the Free Shop, and click the ??? on top of the boxes there.
You will get a cutscene, and you will then have to go kill Dark Spark.
Then you can get your gloves, I think.

I do believe Radiance is correct, you have to finish the War AF quest first b4 you can do the Sam AF quest.
