Zeid in Beadeaux?

i have taken the drk quest, killed 100 enamies and i'm in beadeaux with no map...where might i find Zeid so i can get the drk class and leave?

You don't find him. there is a cutscene as soon as you enter the area. If you didn't get a cutscene, one or more of the following is true.

you weren't carrying the sword in your inventory when you entered beadeaux

you used a weapon skill to kill one or more enemies

your dia/poison/bio/shock/rasp/etc. caused the enemy to 'fall to the ground'

the enemy suicided at the end of the battle (i.e. final sting or detonation)

you lost count and didn't really kill 100 enemies

ah well, that would explain a hell of a lot...guess i gotta kill about 25 or 30 more enamies, hehe, thanks....damn those weapon skills

Is it true that if you zone out of an area and then kill something else it restarts the killing counter. I know it doesn't just if you zone. Just if you kill something I am wondering. Someone said it would. Just need some verification.

i had trouble....i lost count X_X...i went from bastok to beaduex and then i went from beaduex to sandoria so pissed...i traveld all that way for nuthing..so i killed 30 more enemies in sandy..and got the job unlocked ^^...sandoria=best place to do quest around..no bees to get in yer way with final sting >_<

no, u can zone, logout, or otherwise stop playing to reach the 100 count. so u can do it over a period of time, i u want.

however, if u throw away the weapon and get it again by going to the mines, it DOES reset the counter.

note that there's a subsequent quest in which u obtain 2h sword Death Blinger, and u need to kill another 100 to complete the quest. and the key here is that "another 100" means "total of 200" so if u throw away the weapon after u've done the drk quest, u need to kill 200. if u kept it, 100 is enough.
