Hi, every now and then I gotta resort to selling items thru my bazaar to free up space. However I get confused by the system when trying to sell stacks. I generally only do single items but at times I'd like to sell entire stacks. If say some crystal would fetch 50 and i wanna sell the whole stack for 500, would setting the stack at 500 sell the entire stack or is it making the cost of each be 500? I'm afraid to test this out on the account of possibly selling a stack for the price of 1. Thanks.

You set the price per individual item. So if you set a stack of crystals to cost 500 gil EACH will cost 500.

aah gotcha, thanks for clearing this up you two. think i'm not the only one confused about this as i see people selling crystals thru their bazaars for over 1k sometimes...or they could just be trying to rip people off.Comment

Yes I have seen this done many time people selling fire crystals in bazzar for 1200. I send a tell to them I am not paying 1200 per crystal when I can buy a stack of them for that price. They usually respond it is by stack and I say ok. I then set a stack of mine and tell them to buy mine and they say ok and try and then they say oh ok. It took me some time at first to wondering why they sold so easy in the AH and not in my bazaar.Race/Gender: Elvaan/Male

I have another question that goes along with this topic. I always see people sitting around afk at various spots in towns, usually next to the AH's or residential areas, selling items in their bazaar's. When I try to do this, FFXI kicks me off because I've been excessively idle. How do I change/make this to where I can sit around afk selling through my bazaar for a few hours without getting kicked?Comment
