I started in Windurst for my ring, and my friends started in Bastok. What is the easiest way to get to them? Is their a boat? Can people port me there?

This will be a long adventure for you.
Easiest way is make another charactor in Bastok....
But you made your charactor for Windurst Ring,so
You must grow up and travel to Bastok.
The route is.
East sarutabaruta-- Tahrongi, --Bubulimu ---Mhaura
(Ship)--Selbina---Valkurm dunes---Konschtat highlands--North gustaberg---South gustaberg---Bastok!
You must be strong survive this route.
Lv 20 or so is not enough.If you a white mage,sneak will be useful.
Or,ask a person to take you Bastok is a another easy way.
But, I recommend to you hard way,this will be precious memory.

When you said get a person to take you, does that mean that there are people that can "port" me over? Or did you just mean that they could guide me?Comment

The way is ask people to guide you.
If the person have enough time,and enough LV for save you,
He or she will take there..I hope so.
When ask a person to guide,plz tell them the reason--to meet your friend.This will be a big differense,for Japanese emotion.

I have the same problem..i started in windurst..and all my friends are in bastok..i JUST made it to Selbina...i am only level 6 ^_^;; but it will be hard to go any further becuase i have no map of their region...so my buddies are gonna have to pick me up :-)~Seer of Darkness, Knower of Light, I travel the path of Salvation~Comment
