    Hi guys,

I want to move from Windurst to Bastok, but don't know which NPC I need to speak to in order to do so. Can anyone help me out?

(BTW -- I spent 20 minutes searching the forums and came up with no ideas.)

I was told you must go to Jeuno then to the Bastok Embassy. I don't know anymore than that, sorry =/

To change your nation, you need to talk to NPC, Rakano-Marukano, in Heaven's Tower and pay Gil. If the nation you wanna move is 1st in conquest, you have to pay 20k, if second 10k, third 5k. Be sure that you don't have any mission in progress. If you do, you have to finish that mission in order to change your nation.

Edit: Also! you might wanna wait till next version up. Right now, if you change your nation, you'll lose all your points, but after the version up, you can keep your points^^

Hmmm...I never knew you could switch nations. That's pretty cool.

I do have a question. Can you rent a mog house in another nation? Say I start out in Windurst, and later I decide to take a trip to Bastok and stay there. I don't want to switch nations, I just want to take a "vacation" there I guess you could say. So can you rent a mog house or go to a mog hotel or something?

yes you can. Just talk to the NPC around mog house, and choose yes when they ask if you wanna rent a mog house. You'll be all set^^

I found an npc in the Bastok Metalworks that will change my allegiance. Now I just need to wait until the patch comes out, and get a few more thousand gil...

                  Thanks for the help everyone.

Urza, I think your mog house location remains wherever you set it, until you move it yourself, by talking to a guard in front of a different city's residential area.

One thing that you also want to note when renting Mog houses in other cities...

If you start in Windhurst and go to rent a Mog house in Bastok, all your items get transferred to the rented house in Bastok. Now, if you go back to Windhurst, you'll find your Mog house there empty. You have to cancel the rental to get all your equipment back in Windhurst.

                    Just my two cents.
