Before I finish the chobi quest after a long delay.
I wish to tell the tale of a young hero named drake .
This tale is very stoic and shows the true meaning of horror!!
and what it means to

Dark stormy night

It was a dark stormy night .
Me and estya were out in the countryside
after an intense battle out there.
Etsya was wondering what we were gonna do next.
HMMM!!! I thought for a moment.
I know isnt this a good night for a ghost story?

THe tale begins.

This is a tale of overwhelming evil, or the so called evil.
But is something we don't understand truly evil?
You decide!!!


Drake sat the edge, the immenseness of the grey spanning ahead of him .
" Don't you think we should turn back, I don't like being here!" Tora said glancing about her surroundings. The fear she felt was real and palpable.
"Yeah mate," spoke Bran his best friend, "No one has ever crossed the grey and returned, Its evil to the core , we have no idea whats on the other side.
Brans eyes twitched nervously , bad habit of his.
"You guys wanna go back to the colony ,go ahead " Drake growled.
"How the hell do we grow if we're to scared to cross the grey, all we hear about is expansion, exoand to what though?"
"Dammnit Drake there are things in there we have no clue to what they are or how to stop them."
"I hate them they've killed so many of us so many time."

" It's dusk drake they will start to appear soon,. legend has it they sleep on the ground sometimes we should leave, Toras scared" Bran said in concern as he looked into the grey.
" Please Drake .. I hate their eyes, so evil and hate filled.. legend says...," Tora began
" Will you two idiots shut up.... He yelled, " look , i'm sorry I wont cross the border now but I will one day"
" I'm just not ready yet I need to prepare and to talk to the seer she is very wise"
" Good idea mate , you made the right choice" Bran said
Tora smiled as they headed back to the colony.

Chapter 2

Drake made his way thru the brush , the grey awaited him, his destiny lay beyond the realm of horror!!
he'd be the first to cross and return to tell the tale.
"I'll make it , damn the grey...You wont get me! He thought top himself, anger was welling within .
He'd need that to conquer the fear in his heart.
He saw a grey creature once and it scared him to death, He doesnt wish to see that again . But will if he has too.
Legend and fact has it that when the creatures approach they would howl in glee as they ate another victim of the grey. Sometimes during the day they would prowl the grey back and forth with their eyes closed.
Legend says the sun harms their eyes but will not kill them.
At dusk however they would begin to open their hellish colored eyes and attack in evil glee.
The winds would become strong and buffet a victim senseless till death.
He shook his head and tapped his armored chest and steeled himself.
Grasping his weapon he glanced out into the grey scanning for demons.
"Who would create such a thing, he thought. Are they as evil as the grey?"
The seer had told him in ancient days the grey was created by giants to be the playground of their demon beasts and that the giants could be seen all over .
But one day the deomn beasts turned on the giants and ate them. Now the masters were the toys of the demons. Doomed to be inhabited by hellish bodies.

Here is the best part estya .

"ENOUGH!"
"i'm going!" he said as he entered the grey.
"Damn this heat"
The heat of the grey was powerful, It was almost too powerful and he had second thoughts.
"good thing about this armor is flight ability!" He said Clenching himself and launching into the air.
The border is close yet so far. The heat was still on him, He must be in hell he thought.
"NO, I will make it damn those beasts." Drake flew as though his life depended on it, which it was.
As he pressed thru the haze of the grey, broken and battered bodies appeared all over the landscape.
Sadness filled him as many of them were his comrades he knew and others were larger more grotesque things.
" RRRRRRRRAAAAAAAARRRRRR!!!!!" he yelled boosting his power and flying towards the border.
As he drew close he heard them, The tell tale howl of the grey demons.
How did they know he was there, was it sight?, no in the day they were blind, It must be smell, they smelled him.
Fear took over as anger subsided.

In the distance he saw a multi tude of the blind beasts bearing on him.
The border,
" Yes I have made it"
The heat disappeared, but Drake hovered in the wooded area of the new area. They was water there and lush hills. He Would explore some and return to his people in triumph.
He was the first from the colony to make it to these new lands. They would be happy here.
The demons grew closer.
In the bush he heard something moving, eh was not dumb and clenched his weapon. The new monster leaped out of the bush at him and shot smoething from its mouth. Drake dodged swiftly as the creature attacked again.
The Demons were closer now.
Drake still in flight mode launched his weapon at the Monster. It made impact with its eye. It screamed and lunged at Drake.
Drake was so caught up in defending himself, he didnt notice the heat rising.
On the last attack the monster jumped at drake and swiftly ceased its attack. Drake saw something like fear in its eyes.
That's when he noticed the winds and the heat and the sound of howling. They had reentered the grey.
"NO!!!" He yelled as he turned to see what the new monster was looking at.
The demon opened its eye. Yellow demonfire Showed itself. Malice was in the air.
"Dear creator....He mumbled as he briefly saw another set of eyes behind the hell glow.
" Is the the gia..?"
Drake was dead in an instant, His body reduced to a grisly mess . The demon made short work of him and moved on howling in anticpation of its next victim.


In the distance Tora and Bran watched the whole thing.
They had lost their friend to the demons and now the colony was short a proud and great soldier.

" One day that evil will fall , " Bran said in grief.

"Move frog!!!!" Tony yelled honking his horn. BEEEEEPPPP!!! The frog jumped off the highway and back into the woods.
Then a loud thwack!! hit the windshield, yellow bug juice splashed up his glass.
"Damn that was a bug?? geez! that was a big one.
He said turning on the windshield wiper fluid.

" I hate back roads!! full of bugs and critters ugh!!" He said checking his headlights, and speeding down the road. He turned up the utada cd and continued on his way.


So do we really know evil, or do we assume to know it when we see it.
Maybe we just don't understand how things are till we go thru it ourselves.
