    Delving into madness...

    This one's not a journal so much as a fun excuse to post a bunch of somewhat unrelated pics into one post!

    This was supposed to be my Happy Holidays sorta greeting... well, considering I was lazy it didn't get done, but here it is now!



    Next up, my in-game hobby - playing with fire! I've always liked fire, and in turn have been a pyro. It's bright, and it burns, and it's fun fun fun! So here's Orko playing with fire!

    Ooh this poor mithra... just happened to be in the vicinity of my first composition ever (see, I finally got recipies from this here site somewhere and viola, I can cook!).



    Let's add to that fried Mithra a little bit of Taru en Flambe.

        And so soon after I learned how to compose things, I wanted a new toy to play with, and having the deep-down black mage instincts that I have, I bought Fire-ga! OOoohh it's so fun... the sheer power that goes along with it... does around 150 damage to everything it touches. And so as with any new toy, I wanted to play with it right away! And so I did.

        I gathered this little zoo of animals outside the gates of Windurst and let 'er rip! Oooh these little animals I'm sure were unaware of what they were getting themselves into... probably thought "Ooo, we likes the taste of Tarutaru meats! Yummy yum yum, gonna eat me some!" only to themselves be the main course. Here's the before...



        And here's the horrible aftermath...



        Take that, weaklings! Know the true power of a Black Mage gone mad! This is why MP is no longer referred to me as Magic Points, rather they are now my MURDER POINTS, hahahaaa!!

        And here's one that reminds me of Ghimli in Two Towers.

              Here's some that go with the saying "Great minds think alike". Me and Tamada here are the SAME TARU! Although, I'm a Medium Taru and he's just a teeny-weeny small taru. Anyway, what happens when you get twins together? Why, they start doing things in unison!



              You know you're confusing when two tarus ask you "huh?"



              Welcome to our boat rail! Note we're not tall enough to climb over the rope... I guess we could go under it. Well instead of jumping ship, Tamada decided to do some fishing... for things on deck.



              Luckily he didn't catch me.

              And a long long time ago, I wanted to get into San D'oria castle. Well I can now safely say that I have and can do so whenever I want, although they still won't let me in the great hall, those stingy bastards... Anyway, here's the entryway, should anyone want to see it.

                    Yeah, they're like lv. 1 monsters and I'm lv. 30 Black Mage. They never stood a chance to begin with. :p

                          Hm... well so far, best spell for MP consumption vs. damage that I have would have to be Lightning-1. Fire-ga is good for groups of enemies but it takes up 102 MP each time! Obviously, the more enemies you have around you, the more damage and in turn, the more bang for your buck... or MP... whatever.

                              Heh, fire-ga = fun! As for the other -ga spells, they basically affect anything that's in a small area of what you have targeted. I was in the Ordelles cave and I used it thinking it would only attack the things attacking me & my party, but lo and behold, a couple sprouts joined in after being scorched by the intense heat. Fire-ga is the only -ga spell I have, but that seems to be the general way it works.
