Wow...boring

I can't believe it...the live cam is actually broken!
It's been stuck watching the Harbor for almost an entire 24 HOURS!

Normally it zooms through towns and dungeons...but for the past day it's just been watching the same docks where the Airship lands >.< Arg. BORING

Even more boring is that the Live Cam screenshot box is stuck too. But in a different place!!

That's kind of weird, I thought that it showed pics from the live cam.

Yeah it gets stuck for quite a while when it does, it's been stuck just short of a week before.... in the exact same place it is now I think, another place it gets stuck is by a fountain looking at a wall where there is lots of people usually, in San D'oria I think.

yeah ive noticed that too, it has for the last few months been my only saviour from over wanting ffxi.
now that its stuck in harbour view with not a lot going on,
i mean if it was in a popular battle area yeah thatd be ok. but this is crazy talk! oh well only 4 months till i get to import!!!

ive never seen an in persons view as well as never seen a person controlled camera which i know happens, ive only ever seen the gliding views...

You haven't seen that? You're missing out, that is when all the good stuff happens.
It shows the camera in 1st or 3rd (same as what the player is using I think) but it doesn't have the all the menu and OSD stuff there.

Probably one of the Monk's Energy Ball type attacks...
Anyway I hope the camera moves soon, because this is one of the worst spots. If someone runs by, you see their head for maybe 2-3 seconds :mad: Also the music sucks...

Maybe we should try to get in contact with whoever runs this cam and at least get it back on the rail. This is about as terrible a place as any to have it stuck. :mad: :confused:
