Well isn't there anyway to at least install the sound files it had and replace them with the current?

I suppose the sound files are baked in the same .dat. If not, I don't remember ever seeing any separate sound files to go along with it. I don't remember any unique sounds from my short experiment with the UI mod, but I might have had my sound turned off so I wouldn't know.

That one no longer works since SE has added a bunch of new buttons since its release.

I remember seeing a video on youtube with someone who had a FFVII looking UI skin for FFXI. But not only did it look nice visually, it also played the same mouse-over sound effects like in FFVII. The cursor was the original FFVII hand and everything. I've been looking for something like this and found a few cool UI's on ffxidats.com but i couldn't find any that said it had the sounds too. I ended up downloading one of Brandson's UI's which is pretty nice but i dont like the cursor it comes with and the menu background isn't that attractive. Does anyone know where i can download the original FFVII UI that came out?
