Crafting Skillcap?

I heard that recently you can get more than 1 skill over 60.
what I mean is
for example:
goldsmithing 100
Fishing 100

and after that evething else can be raise to 100

not true right?

fishing doesn't count. you can have 100 other skill together with 100 fishing.

You can have all skills to 60. After 60, you have 40 extra points you can put into any craft of your choice. not sure how to explain but here's some example.
- 1 skill at 100, all others 60.
- 1 skill at 90, 1 skill at 70, all others 60
- 2 skills at 80, all others 60
