Smithing or Clothcraft

Hi,

I'm very interested in these to crafting. But would like to choose one to get higher lvl first. I know people always ask the same questions. I just can't help it but to ask the same question about these 2 crafting.

People with experience, which crafting will yield more profit at the higher lvls? or are they fairly similar?

I'm not very interested in how much needs to be put down at start or to move up.
