Key Item: Raw Fish Handling

I apologize if there has already been a topic about this, but nothing showed up in the search function.

For cooking, Raw Fish Handling was the new key item that came with Chains of Promathia. It can be obtained with guild points.

For the Chef's Hat, one must be 48 cooking. For the apron, 68 is required, and one must have 88 cooking skill to purchase the Cooking Set.

My question is, what skill do you have to be to purchase "Raw Fish Handling?" Also, if anyone has information on the skill level of the new sushi foods, it would be appreciated.

anyhow... im lv84 and i just got the hat(yay) and the raw fish handleing appears on my buy list

Well, I can buy the Raw Fish Handling Key Item at my current skill (I made a trip out to Windurst), but still no news on the skillcaps for the new tuna foods. Basically, *bump.*
