Habanero Peppers

I'm needing this for a quest, but I thought I'd ask here.

Any ideas where I can find these peppers? I'm assuming its a new CoP item since its not listed anywhere.

I just saw this over at Allakhazam. They are indeed dropped in a CoP area (I want to say Lufaise Meadows)...

But I can't find the post anymore. ><
