      Yeah, really rare. Desynth is the only simultaneous HQ and Skillup I've ever done.

        I'd say don't even try skillup on desynth. You fail too much. (Aka, you fail A LOT more than on normal combnies with same trivial.)

          i've gotten a few rare HQ + skill up before on low level stuff....

          like say, a bone hairpin +1, shell ring, and scorpion arrows... did those on the "good" days in a new moon.
