Hydro Claws? And info

Anyone know what skill Hydro Claws caps out at?

Also, When you talk to the advanced Synth Support NPC and you click on information on sythesis materials, does it only tell you items that you can get skillups on?

I know the other NPCs that are not advanced give you things that have already capped out but I was under the imporession that the advanced only gave you items that you could skill up with.

I forgot where I read the info, but off the top of my head, I remember the lvl cap for Hydro Claws to be 57 or 58.

Sorry I don't have more concrete info. I tried going back and find where I saw the info, but I couldn't find it anymore.

heh I wish you were on my server, I need some hydro pumps and its never on sale. I stood at Carpenter guild for hours waiting for a high enough crafter to come buy.

Was going to start another thread but this one is good enough. Anyone know what rank/lvl you have to be to make Hydro pumps?
I have materials(I think and yeah its expensive) just need to find a high enough crafter.

Mystery tour doesn't have the cap for hydro pumps, but kilos caps at 76 and megas at 84 (these are correct). I'm guessing you could make hydros if your woodworking was in the 60s. The only thing is, for all pump recipes you still need about level 50 in alchemy for a successful synth. BTW, if anyone on Pandy needs mega pumps for about a third or market value, message Torgo.
