Good Tradeskill for Mages

I am starting a BLM and was wondering what tradeskill would most benefit me having. Profit woulds be nice, but saving money would be great instead of buying the items when I could just make them. I was thinking Cooking and Alchemy for the main ones but maybe other ones? Thanks for your help. :spin:

Get cooking to 50 for Apple Pies or 30 for pineapple juice. You can bring the ingredients for pineapple juice and make them in the field since they don't stack.
