Where to fish

ok i got my fishing skill up to level 8, where should i go to get it higher? Preferably in windurst, and what bait/rod should i use? I'd like to catch moat carp, am getting sick of the bastore sardines. Any help greatly appreciated

I fish in Woods on the little wooden bridge near the fountain. I think you can use pretty much any small rod with insect balls. I got sick of the all broken rods though, and just bought a composite to fish the carp. And the skillups will only last you to 11. You could have started fishing carp at level 0 btw.
