Where to find the best Alchemy Guide?

after doing extensive searches of this site and others I find nothing but incomplete lists of recipies and no difinitive walkthrough on alchemy, this is my final plea before I create my own FAQ. If anyone knows of a COMPLETE FAQ for alchemy please link it to this post. If I see no link in 2 days I will make my own and post a new thread with it, perhaps we'll get it sticky.
