on average I get mine from 230-250 from bazzaars, though I think there is a place in windhurst you can buy them from an npc. Thats what I heard just haven't had a confimation on it yet.Race/Gender: Elvaan/Male

2100~2400 a stack and 200~230 for ea in Leviathan.
Cost per 12 stacks is about 18k~20k.
Price is expected to drop futher since kolshushu is under control and there are a lot of people study cooking right now (lv 20ish).
