Can anyone post the link to Osaka fishing Index?

It's a cool little (VB?) applet that lists all the fish (sortable by fresh or Salt water habitat), as well as their caps, best bait/lures to catch them and all the areas where you can find the them. It mentions when a certain fish is used to be promoted in skill rank. It even tells you if your rod has chances of breaking depending on the aforementionned factors. Can anyone post it here? For the life of me, I haven't been able to find it. If or when someone posts it, I'll make sure to post it in the important links post in the stickies.

Too much information gets lost in the deluge of reccurent posts. It needs to be organized better IMO.

That's one sweet fishing database. I just hope it won't go offline like some of my other favorite guides online .
