Clothcrafting touble...

I was wondering if there's a quck way to gain lvls in clothcraft. I'm at lvl 4 right now but ever since I hit lvl 4 I haven't gained any points towards lvl 5. I craft tons of choco fletchings, grass thread, and grass cloth without gaining any points. Is there something wrong? Should I be crafting something different? Thanks for your help.

These items should raise your level. You've likely capped out by making the things you were making. You can no longer get better, until you craft higher level items.

Gloves
Gaiter
Cape
Doublet
Brais

Plus you can sell these items to recoup some of your costs.

Forgot to mention... use the link I gave you to see some of the recipes. Weaver is about a third of the way down...

Also you will notice Goldsmithing is an important 2nd component to higher level weaving, so get your but to Bastok and do some goldsmithing too.

This is a bit late...but I just got to this site:

For clothcrafting:

Lvl 0-2 - Yagudo Necklace + Wind crystal = 3 grass thread
Lvl 2-4 - 3 grass thread + earth = 1 grass cloth
Lvl 4-8 - 1 grass thread + 2 grass cloth + earth = cape
Lvl 8-11ish - 2 grass cloth + wind = Hachimaki
11-13/4ish - 2 Flax Flower + lightning = linen thread

When going on to the next item on the list make sure you do it on the day of the crystal you are using and get synth help if possible. Otherwise you'll fail a bit early on.

I'm currently skill 14 and making Yagudo Fletchings. However, I warped back to Bastok so even on Windsday I fail to synth a lot.

You use 2 Yagudo feathers + wind = 6 Yagudo fletchings.

A stack of 12 sells for 300 fairly quickly, and if you get your own items it's not bad. And I've heard you can synth that all the way to 20-22...
