Blacksmithing: what armor and weapons can we make...

can we make entire suits of armor or can we only make certain choice peices?....

say for example, if there's a set of armor available at lvl 21, and f i'm a high enough lvl smither, can i make that entire set of armor (assuming that i can figure out the rescipes)?

the reason why i ask i s becasue in most of the "recipe lists" i've seen, there are only choice peices listed. i'm just trying to figure out if these list represent a "full list" or are they just "examples" of what we can create and what direction to take...

does anyone know if you can make full sets of ormor and most weapons (as long as you discover the recipe)?..
