Bast Parchments

[cameo79]

I read in the last patch that they moved parchments from alchemy to woodworking. I want to start making some ninja powders soon and require these parchments, I used to buy them but since I can probably make them now that would be better. But does anyone know the recipe for them? I searched all over and can't find them.

Past Parchment = Lightning + 1xElm Log + 1xMoko Grass + 1xDist.Water (req: Level 45 woodworking and higher)

wow 45 woodworking? That sucks, why is there lower level recipes that require this component? Ohh well back to the grind then.
