Joining the Cooking Guild

Hi,

how do I join the cooking guild in Sandoria? I went to the grocer, but the NPCs I talk to are either selling something or telling me to go upstairs to buy something....

Thanks!

There isn't a cooking guild in San D'oria only a grocer, just a place to buy ingredents for cooking. The cooking (Culinary) guild is in Windurst.
