Boneworking Mining Points?

[Profound38]

I can't seem to find any bone working points for me to collect bone. I'm in Sandoria. I know there are some in Windurst but I haven't been there in retail yet. Could somebody give me some good bone mining points? I'll be lvl 20 soon so I'll be able to travel to Windurst and wherever. Thanks!

PS. I need pickaxes to mine the bone points right?
