Well, if by mix you mean add crystals, then I can tell you. After a certain amount of time, the plant may not be doing so well, but you can fix this by adding a crystal of your choice. It will then go back to doing well.Jobs:NIN 40, THF 30, WAR26, RDM17, MNK 12, BLM8, WHM 4

on the gardening menu, a "feed crystal" option will appear allowing you to add the crystal of your choice, as far as i know this happens after a few days rt
