If i delete my character...?

can i switch servers without paying any fees? (assuming that u have to pay any fees to switch servers)

Yes. New characters can be created on any server, with no fee involved. Moving existing characters from one server to another involves $25 and a 90-day waiting period each time.

There is no rush. If you're not willing to take your time, don't be surprised when no one wants to give you much of theirs.
