I been reading storys similar to this but they had there account deleted and are needing to buy another copy of FFXI.
I hope this doesn't happen 2 any of us

I have the same problem, and some other guys too, I hope they'll do something soon, it's sad to be ignored this way for 2 days.

Please help , i haven't been playing on FFXI for around 3 - 4 month, and decided to play last night only to find out that my account has been suspended but can reactivate it and when i try to do so i get the error code POL - 1500 and it aslo appears when trying to create a new account. I only seem to remember my POL ID and Password.
