Just thought I'd register my frustration with this too, I purchased the game two days ago and so far all I've had is POL-1500 errors... not a very good introduction to what I thought was a good investment

Edit: and yes I tried to contact support... no-one there!! Not exactly a 24-7 service for a 24-7 product !!!

don't reactivate in the middle of the month! SE charges the full month's fee and you'll only get half a month to play before SE charges you again. which mean's you will see two $12.95 charges on Sept 1.

I'd rather be safe and down $15AU than sorry

Definately something going on on PlayOnline's side. I'm trying to reactivate my FFXI Content ID after 2 months on hiatus and I'm getting the 1500 error. Has it been going on for a few days now? Dang...

Since 4 people reported the same problem the same day on different systems (along with the people in july) my best guess is its a just a reregistration server error. Try calling or chatting online with Play Online Service Representatives to confirm this. (Its under service and support at the play on line site)

well i have the xbox 360 version and that doesn't work, i think the problems with them because i've been on afew other sites and seen that other people are having problems.

Im also having the prob I just got FFXI with expansion packs today and all I get when i go to register is the error code POL - 1500 I have tried everything I can think of to get it working. I wish that they would tell us the actual problem to make it less fraustrating and give us a chance of fixing it. Does anyone know if its a problem with them or with are computers.

My friend is also having the POL-1500 error message. He bought FFXI for his Xbox 360 today and he can't even start the registration process. Bit of a kick in the teeth I know. If anyone can help me with information on this matter it will be greatly appreciated. ^_^

im getting the same error and i only got ff11 the van a diel collection about 9 hours ago.

Ive mailed play online but still no reply.

To be honest this is the first time I use the Play Online Viewer, I just need to register but I can't. I would like to know if they have a server problem, it's frustrating to wait this way. They should tell us the problem they have an how much time they need to fix it, so we could feel a bit less ignorated.
