error Code! Please Help me!!

I'm getting an error code while updating.
After checking the files the game goes into download mode

it looks like this:

Downloading 7.DAT
(lllll-------) 27%
(----------) 0%

At 27% of 7.DAT this pops up

Network Connection Error
Error Code POL 1162

Please check you network connection setting and try again

My settings are fine, but everytime I try again it happens AGAIN
Please help me! I wanna play!!
