Good job on the live snap shots for this site. Its very convenient to have it so we know whats going on before loading up the live cam 
I just can't wait for something more interesting than watching that npc walk back and forth.
BTW I think I found out how to take screenshots under windows media player without changing any settings. I know I had the problem where the screenshot would be blank in place of the video.
All you have to do is hit alt+enter(for fullscreen) and then hit your printscreen key and wallah It takes a second or two for the screenshot to save, then you can paste in to whatever image editor you use. I suggest reducing the size to about 80% to 70% to get rid of the compression artifacts.
