Are ropey!!

Soemtimes I get alerts, but most of the time I dont....?

Also, my understanding was if I got an email alert about an updated post, I wouldnt get anymore until I visited that page. This is sometimes working, sometimes not (i.e I get multiple alerts about the same thread even if I havent gone back to check it yet).

All a bit querky.

Cut out the middle man, just check the posts yourself

I find email alerts to be more useless spam in my inbox. I check this forum everyday anyway - if I want to track a thread, I just subscribe to it and tell it to not send notifications.

If you click new posts it brings up all new posts since your last visit, theres no need for a direct link to be sent to your inbox unless you hardly ever check here but you seem to be about quite alot.
