Re: How the heck does this rep system work?

Mods can see who gave them rep and normal users can't. That's the only difference I believe. A lot of people don't really use the system, so maybe it's just that nobody has rated your posts.

Hmm, old topic but, is it possible only Mods can look at the reputation changes they have? I dont seem to have that option opened to me. (I checked below subscribed threads and its not there :p)

It was ME! Not really, though that is freakin' hilarious.
I don't mind "oh noes!". That one just makes me laugh. Its the use of number all throughout words that makes me want to punch babies.

    lol...

there's a fine difference between misspelling a word occasionally and speeling (oh noes!) like a rabid monkey. (darkages).

    Man, people are stupid.

I just got rated down for misspelling a word I didn't even use in the marked post nor have I ever used. What's worse is the person even used improper grammar in their comment for the rate down. Fortunately the person had zero reputation power at the time and it didn't do anything. We need names attached to post ratings. I need to thank whoever provided me with a laugh.

Every post has a "Check and X" Mark icon to the FAR bottom left. If you click on that perticular icon, you will get Approve, Disapprove box. Approve, and you will give a positive rep point to the poster and how much point you give is what your Rep Power is, since Rone's is 12, You will give +12 to the poster if you give them "Approve" or you will -12 to the poster if you "Disapprove"

I don't mind the gil loss. Can generate it back in a week or two of bank interest. Now we need people to get cracking on those post ratings (that's how you get reputation points). So few seem to even notice it.
